ASJS envisions a productive and robust U.S. seafood economy supported by consistent policies that ensure a sustainable workforce.

Our ongoing efforts will be directed by our member’s priorities, not political scrutiny and will include returning worker exemption, creating appropriate OES wage categories, monitoring DHS methodology and building relationships with key federal lawmakers. We will continue to refine and secure a workforce that benefits from and is in compliance with federal policy, that protects and creates American jobs.
